If a Minor Damage, (Dent, Ding or Scratch) is Present, Accept the Delivery but Note the Damage on the Proof of Delivery Form Prior to Signing for the Delivery and the Freight Company will Make Good on the Damages. If Major Damage, (Total Loss) is Present Do Not Accept the Delivery but Note Severe Damage and Rejected on the Proof of Delivery Form Prior to Signing. The Freight Company will Return the Shipment to Our Warehouse To Start The Claim Process.
Do NOT Sign for Items That Have NOT Been Inspected as once the Bill of Lading is Signed, You Will Own it and Remove Most or All of the Carrier's Liability Even if the Signature is from Someone Else that Received it on Your Behalf.

Due to new 2015 Department of Energy efficiency standards, 13 SEER split system air conditioners may only be installed in northern markets, and may not be installed in the following states: Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Delaware, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona (collectively the "Restricted States").
By purchasing this product from Seller, you represent and warrant that this purchase is not being made for purposes of installation in a Restricted State, and that you will not install or cause this product to be installed in a restricted state. If any product you are purchasing is being shipped by us to a state where its’ installation is prohibited, then by making this purchase you also certify that: (i) the purchase is for ultimate use in a state where its installation is not prohibited; or, (ii) the purchase is intended for use as replacement parts in existing equipment.
13 SEER single-package air conditioners and 13 SEER split system heat pumps and packaged heat pumps may not be installed in any state and are only sold for replacement parts. I acknowledge that I have read and accept the foregoing terms.
Warranty
Items are being sold as is – where is - all sales final - with no guarantee or warranty through us. Although HVAC manufacturers may offer a warranty on their equipment from date of original installation, it is your responsibility to fill out warranty card and mail in. We are not a distributor for the manufacturer and do not offer a warranty, nor will we assist you in obtaining warranty. We only sell excess and liquidated items.
