Tufoil Gun-Coat was originally developed for use on firearms at the request of federal law enforcement agencies. Fluoramics worked in conjunction with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA to develop the perfect combination of lubrication and rust prevention.
Used regularly, Tufoil Gun-Coat will:
Lubricate and protect against corrosion
Provide for a faster action
Prevent carbon, lead, and copper build-up for improved post-shooting cleaning
Stop any existing corrosion in its tracks
Improve cold weather performance
Reduce misfires
Lower barrel temperatures and improve barrel life

Tuf oil Gun-Coat is an excellent clp-type of product as it cleans, lubricates, and protects, all without the nasty solvents many gun products use. In addition, the rust inhibitors found in Gun-Coat make it an excellent candidate for dip coating parts that are already rusted. Steel parts can also be dipped for storage.
